My daughter and I greatly enjoyed being there, it's absolutely fantastic hotel. The breakfast selection was great with a view of the Alps and good breads, for example. The provided service was excellent.

The hotel is gorgeous and clean. The staff at the reception desk are polite and welcoming. The location is marvelous and lovely, just a 10-15 minutes walk from Burgruine Werdenfels. It is conveniently close to a train station and the downtown area.

The hotel had a marvellous location not very far from King's House on Schachen. The staff were all very, very nice and polite, and the room was luxurious with balcony. Have stayed here many times and would have extended the stay.

The rooms were all bright and new-fashioned with a balcony and view of mountains and good selection of warm. The breakfast had plenty of outstanding options, and was traditional and great. The service offered was friendly.

The hotel is quirky and fairly clean. The location of the hotel is favourable. The staff is extremely friendly. My standard king room had a coffee table and armchairs. I had a perfect 10/10 stay during my 3-night visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the center of town and close to many shops and restaurants. We also loved how attentive and helpful all the staff were, from the cleaning personnel to the manager at the reception desk. They were able to assist us with every request we had.

Hotelstaff was very friendly and the location was very good.

The staff were great, excellent breakfast buffet with items cooked to order. There was a great little spa with very clean sauna/steam room/relaxation room and pool. Rooms at the back of the hotel have stunning views to the mountain range an are very quiet, warm and cosy. i would certainly stay here again although as the hotel was quiet I can imagine it is different in high season.

fully equipped, comfortable hotel with extremely friendly staff. fashionable and spotless rooms with the ever-changing mountain view as well as balcony, friendly service. easy check-in, late check-out. nice pool area too.

Located in the heart of the mountains, a skier's paradise with a short walk to the slopes. The room was cozy with a beautiful view of the white capped peaks. The bathroom was modern and well equipped with a strong, hot shower. The hospitable staff was accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided was plentiful, loaded with fresh and delicious options. The spa facilities allowed for relaxation after a long day on the slopes with a heated pool and sauna.

On occasion, the internet connection was spotty, but not a significant issue for a ski vacation.

Well the hotel staff are really mean to people who is not German which is bad we are now reaching 2011 and we still suffer from the 2`nd world war staff in the hotel they don't wanna come over it. i booked the hotel for two days and i checked out the 1stday but they charged me the 2nd night which is not fair.
